Temperature sensor(lm35) interfacing with 8051

The project is built to demonstrate working of LM35 temperature sensor interfaced with 8051 through ADC0804. The LM35 series are precision integrated-circuit temperature sensor produced output voltage (o.o1v per 1° of voltage change) is linearly proportional to the temperature.

LM35 Temperature Sensor

As we all know what does a temperature sensor do. In simple words these are devices used to measure the temperature or heat of a medium.

LM34 Temperature Sensor

The LM34 series are precision integrated-circuit temperature sensors, whose output voltage is linearly proportional to the Fahrenheit temperature. The LM34 thus has an advantage over linear temperature sensors calibrated in degrees Kelvin, as the user is not required to subtract a large con-stant voltage from its output to obtain. Low cost is assured by trimming and calibration at the wafer level.
